Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit - Onboard & Track Walk POV

Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit - Onboard & Track Walk POV In this video I show you the Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit. The video is a combination of onboard footage and a track walk. I had only permission to drive the Indy Circuit, but was allowed to do a track walk on the GP Loop, with the famous Pilgrims Drop. On this fast section Johnny Herbert had his famous Formula 3000 horror crash in 1988. It coast him almost his carreer. That day nobody expected he would made his Formula One debut 6 months later in Brazil, and finished 4th! Another remarkable point on the GP Circuit is the site of the old Dingle Dell Corner. Dingle Dell was a fast corner that was slowed down by a chicane in 1988. After the 2003 reconstruction of this part of the circuit, it was replaced by the slower Sheenes Corner. About Brands Hatch: Brands Hatch is a permanent motor racing circuit in West Kingsdown, Kent, England. It has a 4.221 km (2.623 Miles) long Grand Prix circuit and a 1.974 km (1.226 Miles) short club circuit called Indy Circit. Thanks for watching this video.
