Donington Park Grand Prix Circuit Onboard - Slow lap in Safety Car

Donington Park Grand Prix Circuit, a slow lap in Safety Car. In the summer of 2018 I made a Circuit Tour through England. One of the circuits I visited was Donington Park, the oldest operational circuit in the UK. During my visit the driver of the (BMW) Safety Car took me for a few fast laps around the GP Circuit and the Club Circuit. First a fast lap, then some fast laps. In this video you see the slow lap. If you want to see the fast laps, follow this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRxyXgUKYbU&list=PLDls2RRIAj5AGuk25Y0G521np4pu7BMEE About Donington Park: Donington Park is a race circuit located near Castle Donington in Leicestershire, England. It opened in 1931 and is now the oldest operational circuit in the United Kingdom. From 1971 to 2006 it was owned by business man and car collector Tom Wheatcroft. Today it’s part of the MotorSport Vision Group from old Formula One driver Jonathan Palmer. In the 1930’s it hosted four times the Donington Grand Prix. In 1993 it hosted it’s only Formula One Grand Prix, under the name European Grand Prix. It turned out to be a legendary rain race, won by Ayrton Senna. Thanks for watching this video.
